Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Under general supervision, identifies Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for high potential revenue and routes to appropriate sales team. 
  • Generates Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sale of the organization's products and services.  
  • Identifies leads by following up on those from marketing or from outbound calling of or marketing to target customers.  
  • Works closely with marketing and sales teams to build a pipeline of potential leads. 
  • Updates Client Relationship Management (CRM) system with information on leads. 
  • Provides sales teams with qualified leads for potential high-value opportunities. 
  • Ensures low-quality leads are appropriately handled and not unnecessarily passed on to sales teams.  
  • Collaborates with sales teams to ensure consistent feedback loop on lead / contact quality and foster continuous improvement. 

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree of education.  Requires at least 3 year related experience.

Requires excellent customer-service, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have working knowledge of HVAC products and be able to communicate with prospects. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
