Under direct supervision, this role is expected to function at a high level with respect to volume and efficiency of timely processing of customer quotations, orders, and resolution of customer disputes with limited supervision.
Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires at least 2 years related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Working knowledge of SAP a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Effective at written and verbal communication, including effective listening skills. Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations. Strong problem solving and time management skills. Ability to adapt to competing demands.
