Job Description

The Maintenance Planner plans, schedules, and optimizes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment through the implementation and maintenance of the TPM methodology.
This role is key to transforming reactive maintenance into a proactive model, promoting a TPM culture, and generating sustainable improvements in operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance planning in industry (automotive, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Proven experience in implementing or developing the pillars of the TPM methodology.
  • Experience using maintenance management systems (SAP).
  • Basic English, capable of interpreting operating manuals.
  • Knowledge, interpretation, and monitoring of KPIs (Machine Availability, MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
  • Knowledge of machines, tools, and mechanisms.
  • Experience in spare parts control.
  • Experience in failure analysis to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting/RCM generation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
